Football is a tradition at Morgan Academy. Since 1985, Morgan has won 10 AISA 3-A State Championships and has earned 3 second place finishes. The most recent State Championship Title was won by the 2005 Varsity team.

The Morgan football program begins in the 3rd grade, with the Termite team. Then, in 5th and 6th grades, students have the opportunity to play on the PeeWee team. The players can then go on to try out for the Junior Varsity team in 7th-9th grade and the Varsity team in 10th-12th grade.
