The Morgan Academy Golf Team consists of boys and girls from grades 7-12. The team plays in tournaments around the state and also hosts a tournament at home during the regular season. At the end of the regular season, qualifying team members are eligible to compete in the AISA State Tournament.

Morgan has a long tradition of excellence in golf, having won numerous State Championships and also having several team members selected as All-State Players through the years. Many Morgan golfers have gone on to compete at the collegiate level; more NCAA Division 1 athletes from Morgan have competed in golf than in any other sport.
