Morgan Academy's Boys and Girls Track Teams compete in at least 3 AISA regular season Track Meets each year. The teams then go on to compete in the AISA State Track Meet, usually held in Selma in late April.

Since 1985, the Morgan Boys Track Team has won 6 State Titles and the Girls Track Team has won 9 State Titles. Both teams also have several 2nd place finishes. The Girls track team was 2nd runner up in the state for 2010.
